Here’s how it works:

1. Initial Consultation

Start by connecting with our team. We’ll review your vision, timeline, and site details, and explore our collection of standard floor plans. If you’re thinking custom, we’ll walk you through the possibilities.

2. Planning & Design

We typically estimate up to six months for the full process, including permitting, design, and site prep. Site prep may include foundations, tree clearing, trenching for services, and planning access. During this stage, you’ll customize your home—inside and out. From finishes and fixtures to layout and lifestyle features (like off-grid systems or expanded footprints), our modular design system makes it easy to tailor your build.

3. Fabrication

Once your design is finalized and permits are in place, your home is precision-built in our Chilliwack facility. Most homes are fabricated in 4–6 weeks, under controlled conditions that ensure consistency, efficiency, and high-quality construction.

4. Delivery & Installation

Modules are shipped to site – by truck, barge, or even helicopter for hard-to-reach locations. On-site installation typically takes just a few days. Our team handles the final assembly, service hookups, and finishing touches so you can move in and start enjoying right away.
