After months of planning, designing, building, and coordinating, seeing a home arrive on site and come together is always an exciting milestone—not only for our team, but especially for our homeowners. Earlier this month, we celebrated another successful installation, this time in the beautiful forests of Washington State.

A Ruxton 9 Designed to Grow

Our latest project features a 900 sq. ft. Ruxton 9, nestled among the trees in a stunning Pacific Northwest setting. Surrounded by nature, this home is perfectly suited for peaceful living while making the most of its incredible location.

To create even more room for the future, the homeowner chose to include attic trusses, adding approximately 600 square feet of usable living space. That brings the total potential living area to an impressive 1,500 square feet—providing plenty of flexibility for additional bedrooms, a home office, guest space, or whatever their lifestyle calls for.

It’s a great example of how thoughtful design choices can maximize both space and long-term value.

Three Modules, One Beautiful Home

The home was shipped to site in three modules and installed on concrete piers, allowing for an efficient installation while minimizing disruption to the surrounding landscape.

As with every successful project, this installation was truly a team effort. Our crew worked alongside an outstanding local contractor and an experienced crane team to ensure everything went smoothly. The coordination, professionalism, and teamwork on site made for an efficient installation and a great experience for everyone involved.
