A Granville 6 with Ocean Views

One of our favourite projects from 2022 was this Granville 6 (600 SQFT) home that we installed on an epic property on Saltspring Island. Nestled amongst the trees, and with views of the ocean from the living room it was an incredible build to be a part of.

The home was fully prefabricated and sustainably built inside our warehouse in Chilliwack. The client requested a variety of custom options for the interior finishes and built-in furniture. Once the build phase was completed, the 2 modular units were transported to the site and then hoisted with a crane into place onto the foundation.

We are really proud of the finished home, and it wouldn’t have been possible without the interior design work and partnership of Jamie Banfield Design.
